Shipping Method:

We mainly use DHL, FedEx, or Royal Mail to ship your orders. Your order will be handled in our facilities before being fully completed by the shipping provider.

Tracking: 

We offer tracking so you can follow its adventures until it reaches you.

Undeliverable Packages:

Suppose a package cannot be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer. In that case, the customer will be responsible for additional shipping costs incurred when reshipping the package.

Return and refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 day after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return shipping fee

Customers are responsible for the shipping costs of returning a product for a change of mind or exchange.

However, the company will be responsible for shipping costs for damaged or defective items.

Custom-Made Items

Due to the nature of the product, unfortunately, we cannot cancel or offer returns for custom orders.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged or if you received the wrong item so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

I want to cancel my order. Is that possible?

You can cancel an order if it has not yet been sent to our warehouse for picking and packing. Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel. If the item has left our warehouse, please wait until it arrives before organizing a return. Please note that shipping costs will no longer be reimbursed once the order has left our warehouse. You must pay for return shipping, and there are no restocking costs.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded using your original payment method within 7 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
